"The ups included the fried chicken and the duck pancake."

The building which houses The Clove Club is amazing. Historic and beautiful. Partly crowd funded, The Clove Club is the project of 3 acclaimed chefs and has received huge publicity.

On the day of the visit we had some ups and downs. The ups included the fried chicken and the duck pancake. Some misses included the feet, the green soup and the desserts.

The ambience was nice but the whole experience seemed to need restructuring, cohesiveness, warmth and balance.

Service was average.
