The area is commercialized by a range of little boutique shops, restaurants, as well as professional offices such as clinics and dental offices. Its central location means affluence. There is a fine restaurant in the area called L'autre Pied, a luxurious hotel called The Langham and many other restaurants and coffee shops at the nearby Audley and Duke Street.
