"Spoiler: probably the finest restaurant in the world!"

Update: During a recent visit, there were some minor issues with service, thus it is now a 9 out of 10. Still pretty close to perfection!

Before you read further, here is a spoiler: this is probably the finest restaurant in the world! This is what you might have expected and more.

The place was majestic without being luxurious. The decoration was actually quite basic and minimal. But there was an aura of superiority oozing out of every little object in that room, even the three simple sea stones decorating the tables.

The number 1 spot on a popular list, the 3 stars, the beautiful setting and the impeccable service are minor details compared to the food. The quality and freshness of the food served was unsurpassed. Textures are changing and forms are reshaped. ”Revisited” to use a word from the new culinary bible...
