Starred chef Pere Massana's next culinary move is this casual and relaxed restaurant, with an Asian infused background. Nu offers smarter tapas option, slightly upscale compared to the rest of the traditional tapas in the old neighborhood.
We walked in at 3 o’clock without a reservation and we were welcomed. And we had enough time to order some late tapas.
The restaurant is open plan and if you sit on the bar you get to watch the chefs perform.
Unfortunately, service was suffering from the crowded lunch attendance, but food was well prepared and reasonably priced.
On the day of the visit the beef tartar, the shrimp tempura and the Wague beef burgers were some excellent choices from the menu.
