The Dutch Renaissance spirit, captivated within the walls of Rosenborg palace, is truly worth experienced. The royal summer house dates back in 1624. Decorated from floor to ceiling with ultra rich furniture and tapestry, the castle is right next to a nice park. Perfect location to unwind and enjoy a sunny day.
Inside the Rosenborg Castle, expect to see exceptional jewellery, furniture, pottery, weapons, and tapestries in the different rooms, but the most impressive rooms of all are the top, with the China, and the basement with the crown jewellery.
Although they have free WiFi, in order to get the free guide from their site, keep in mind that a small fee is charged if you want to take pictures. They also ask for locker rental if you have bags. I suppose they gotta pay a lot of bills around here...
