"Its entrance welcomes drivers as if they are entering a big event."

Contrary to the usual massive bridge structures, the refined Maria Cristina Bridge connects the center of San Sebastian with the Estación del Norte Station (railway station).

Dating back at the 19^th century, the bridge is decorated with sculptures and two massive pillars/columns at its entrance as well as rich iron motives.
