"The equestrian statue of Grand Duke William II and the City Hall in it."

Hard to miss Place Guillaume II also called Knuedler,in the heart of Luxemburg City's Ville Haute quarter. The equestrian statue of Grand Duke William II in the Eastern part dominates the empty space while the City Hall occupies the south side. Used to be the site of a Franciscan monastery whilst nowadays it is also used as an open air music venue.
