Not only a well defined bridge, but the padlocks symbolizing eternal love are quite an attraction. If you believe that sort of thing that is. The 3 arch Hohenzollern Bridge located on the Rhine is only accessible to rail and pedestrians. It bridges the Köln Hauptbahnhof and Köln Messe/Deutz stations.
