"Christmas market, attracts all kinds of crowds and families"

European Christmas markets or Christmas villages are the right place to get into the Christmas spirit. Cute little gingerbread houses with all sorts of arts and crafts, festive jingles and seductive smells from the baked goodies.

Aachen Christmas Market is located around Aachen Cathedral in the city's main square and attracts all kinds of crowds, but mostly families and younger kids, as there are also some attractions.

An estimated 1.5 million people visit the Aachen Christmas Market every year.
