The concept of star chef Joel Robuchon was simple but innovative at the time. Open space layout with a visible kitchen, stools instead of chairs, a bar type of setting and food at the finest of levels. And he accomplished just that with a series of Ateliers around the world.
The ambience inside was very chic and sexy, with velvety reds and black everywhere. Even the chefs’ uniforms were black. The food was excellent. Everything we ordered was perfect. A delayed order landed us a complimentary langoustine dish, which was a very professional approach to a service mistake.
It is expensive, so take it easy on your order.
