The restaurant is owned by the family that owns the hotel. The same family runs the restaurant with the husband who is the chef and the wife who does everything from being a receptionist to serving the food.
On the day of visit, the menu included lobster, foie gras, sweetbread, lamb and langoustine as choices which pretty much covered everybody's taste buds.
The appetizers presented did not have a refined appearance but the mains were presented in a more appropriate manner.
Basically, Auberge du Moulin Hideux is a classic restaurant, in the greenest of woods, the most amazing location.
Keep in mind that dinner is mandatory for hotel residents.
