One of the finest restaurant options in the highly sought-after, tourist area of Como, Comi 107 was surprisingly serving a quite satisfying menu. This lovely little, family restaurant, mentioned by the Michelin catalogue, is owned and run by a very efficient, young couple. On the night of the visit, a fully packed Saturday in February 24, we ordered a la carte, the Flamed fish, Foie Gras 3-ways, Linguine with clams, Pescandrice Wellington and fried, bone-in Turbot. The chef prepared everything professionally, with no fancy presentations. All dishes were exceptional in their simplicity as they were fresh and homemade. A high value for money, Comi 107 is definitely going on our "to repeat musts" list of the Lake Como.
