Located right in the center of Saint Moritz, on the pedestrian historic city the cozy Dal Mulin is quite popular for good reasons.
The ambience was warm and the deco rustic while the place was packed on the Saturday night of the visit, November 23. We had the bone marrow, the beef tartar, and the foie gras terrine. For mains we had the risotto with sweetbreads and a game dish. Properly prepared with the freshest ingredients, the menu we selected was a crowd pleaser closer to the French cuisine. We loved it.
Considering the restaurant’s location, pricing was reasonable. The only surprise was the water, which was priced at €9 each 750ml bottle, especially since it came in an opened bottle and one might have thought it was tap water.
Service was adequate.
