"One star? They have to be joking!"

Its location of restaurant In de Wulf is so remote; you will probably feel that you are lost. Don’t get discouraged though. Just follow the GPS and you will be fine. There are a lot of people heading that way too.

The modernly rustic environment is inspiring and warm, the perfect backdrop for the gorgeous little works of art presented.

Several chefs can be spotted in the back yard baking fresh bread and lamb in the outdoor oven. They can also be seen cutting various greens from the garden.

The food and the chef belong in the new elite clan, which obeys to the following rules: simple yet detailed, green yet funky and close to nature.

Presentation is adjusted to each plate’s content, but food is basically served in beautiful stone plates.
