Just like a few other chain hotels in big, Northern European cities, the Hyatt Regency offers simple, basic accommodation at a heavy 5* price tag.
On the day of the visit, we paid €440 for a room for 2 people and a child and there was no extra side bed or even a sofa bed for the little one. Room furniture included 1 uncomfortable chair which we had to fight over. The kettle had salt built-up and we couldn't use it. No doorman or luggage to the room service either.
On the day of our visit we were given a room with a river view, most of it though covered by the TV.
On the plus side the hotel had a contemporary vibe in a relaxed ambiance and nice design furniture in the lobby...
