This family keeps their methods traditional and stick to the classics, which is of course a winning recipe. The food they served on the day of the visit at the Ermitage des Ravet restaurant was refined and had enough detail to be categorized as fine cuisine.
We did not have an opportunity to talk much, but all three of them were kind enough to take a photo with us and posed as a family as well, which was appreciated.
